“SPRING INTO ACTION” GRAND PRIZE FINALE

The Grand Prize finale is here! FIDO’s friends at Spring Naturals are inviting you to vote for one of the 12 “Spring Into Action” finalists. They are eligible to win $2,000 worth of Spring Naturals dog dinners plus a $500 cash donation on behalf of their previously selected local rescue organization. Get the details below:
MITCHELL, S.D. – Since launching in May of 2012, the Spring Naturals “Spring Into Action” program has provided a unique platform in which to honor those working within the animal welfare community. In the last year, Spring Naturals has opened up their Facebook page, and accepted over 100 “Spring Into Action” submissions describing everyday heroes and how they’re making a difference in their community and at their local animal rescue organization. Throughout the campaign, the public was invited to nominate and vote for the everyday hero of their choice. The submission with the most votes at the end of the month was designated a “Spring Into Action” finalist. As the month’s qualifier, the brand donated a 26 lb. bag of their own wholesome, balanced Spring Naturals dog dinner plus a 6 oz. Spring Naturals treat pouch ($75 total retail value) for the animal advocate’s own fur family to enjoy. Additionally, the finalist’s favorite rescue organization received two 26 lb. bags of Spring Naturals dog food ($140 total retail value) to help provide the highest quality diet for the animals still waiting for their forever homes.
To date, the program and the “Spring Into Action” Facebook tab have helped to provide resources to multiple animal rescues and proven that good work does not go unnoticed. After a very successful initial 12-months, the brand is excited to kick-off the Grand Prize finale. Beginning May 3, 2013, the brand will open the polls to their social media fans and invite them to vote once more for the animal advocate of their choice. The 12 “Spring Into Action”finalists are eligible for a chance to win $2,000 worth of Spring Naturals dog dinners plus a $500 cash donation on behalf of their previously selected local rescue organization. The Grand Prize Winner and their shelter will be announced on June 4, 2013.
