On Sunday, July 28, Rescue Me Incorporated (“RMI”) will sponsor its 9th annual Dog-Gone, Cat-a-Strophic, Hugs, Slurps and Slobbers Adopt-a-Thon from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ventura County Camarillo Animal Shelter located at 600 Aviation Drive, Camarillo.
The event is open-to-the-public and will include a balloon artist, demonstrations, face painting, food, live entertainment, silent auction, and vendors.
Meet Warren Eckstein as well as actor, rapper, singer, and radio personality and Orlando Brown. Orlando Brown best known for “That’s So Raven” and “Family Matters” will emcee the event and sing his song “Hero.”
For the health and safety of all animals, only service animals and day of the event newly adopted animals will be permitted.
