BISSELL’s Pinning for Pets Campaign Ends December 31, 2012 - There’s Still Time To Enter!

BISSELL’s Pinning for Pets campaign ends December 31, 2012 – have YOU entered yet?! Enter HERE today! 

This Pinterest-based online fundraising campaign, is to support homeless dogs and cats across America. For every Pinning for Pets board created on Pinterest and submitted via BISSELL’s Facebook page, the company will donate to the BISSELL Pet Foundation who in turn, will donate $10 to the Petfinder Foundation.  The campaign’s goal is to raise $50,000, which the Petfinder.com Foundation will use to rehabilitate animal shelters around the U.S. and provide resources that improve the lives of pets lacking permanent homes.

AND for every new BISSELL pet product purchased and activated online at www.bissell.com/savepets , BISSELL will donate $1, $5 or $10 to the BISSELL Pet Foundation** (dependent on purchase price). Additionally, pet product purchases on www.bissell.com through 12/31/12 will net between $2 and $20 (double its standard donation) to help homeless pets.  BISSELL’s research has shown that 38 percent of Americans would adopt a pet if clean-up were easier, so it develops nearly every product with pet messes in mind, ultimately seeking to increase adoption rates.

** In February, BISSELL formally announced the establishment of the BISSELL Pet Foundation™, which extends the company’s long-standing commitment to pet adoption and focuses its efforts on providing grants to charities supporting the humane care and treatment of animals. Support for the foundation is a natural extension for BISSELL, where more than 72 percent of employees are pet owners. The BISSELL Pet Foundation aims to raise $250,000 annually for charities that support animal welfare.
