Circle of Life: From Patrick to Patrick: Dog making a difference

I started fundraising in October of 2009. The first dollar I raised was for quadriplegic surfer, Patrick Ivison. My 100,000th dollar will be for Patrick the Miracle Dog!! My fundraising has come full circle!
As you know, I’m a nominee in the Hero Dog Awards. So was Patrick, who beat the odds of being starved, put in a garbage bag & thrown down a garbage chute from the 19th floor. But, he had a will, and determination to live… and is now thriving!
If I win the Hero dog Awards, I’ll get $5000 for canine cancer, which I’ll donate in honor of Patrick. But, I wanted to do something more to honor him. So, I started a fundraiser for the New Jersey SPCA, since they support Patrick and other animals in need.
