Pet-Bios dog product review

My dog is a super pet. He made the USA Edition of Super Pets and the gorgeous evidence sits in an 8×10 frame on the top of my desk. FIDO Friendly found a unique under $20 dog-oriented gift to give to the dog lover in your life for the holidays (or for yourself as a “just because I love my dog” gift).
Pet Bios offers a creative customized gift featuring an 8-1/2” x 11” image of your dog with all the details about your doggie diva or devo on the lower portion of the print.
How it works: You, the dog mom or dad, go to the Pet Bios website and answer a host of questions about your dog. Yours truly did this and replied to questions like “what are my dog’s favorite things/activities,” “least favorite things,” friends,” and “nicknames,” to recall a few. I was asked to upload a favorite picture of my baby boy, hit submit and wha-la, I’d sit back and wait for a digital photo via e-mail. I was able to then review the image and data that the brainchild of Pet Bios compiled in an assortment of witty and fun factoids about my dog.
Friends became “Known Accomplices,” least favorite things became “Nemesis,” and Fun Facts were amongst the many biographical doggy data mining that appeared on the photograph. The photo is formatted as if a magazine cover, so your pooch will be the star of his or her own publication.
I love that I was able to review the info and photo first; afterwards, I was able to share the print via e-mail with friends and family and even print a few copies for sharing. I also set the image as my desktop wallpaper. Fido fun!
So how long did it all take? Once my data was received and compiled, I received an email the next day containing my digital image and near-finished product. Once I gave the “yes, go ahead,” it was mailed to me within 24 hours. The entire process from log on to the Pet Bios website until I held the finished product in my hand was about a week. Depending on where you live, I am told the Pet-Bio will arrive to you within 2-3 business days of shipping it out.
The cost? $19.99 plus shipping and handling.

FIDO Friendly loves the fact that this makes an ideal gift for the dog lover who has everything or who thinks they have seen it all. Pet-Bios are really unique, and when framed are original, unique, and truly a fun gift to give or receive. So what did my finished product look like? Call me partial, but I think my little boy just jumps off the Pet-Bio page and says “love me.” And so will yours.
