Polar Pups frozen treat for dogs: product review

It just so happens to be 90+ degrees with high humidity here in my neck of the country’s doghouse today. Could there possibly be a better day to product test Polar Pups? My cocker says “pant pant,” which I believe translates to, “yes, please, and fast” in Fido-speak.
Polar Pups are a frozen treat for Fido that travels well because until you want Fido to have one, no freezing required. That’s right: none. As someone who travels with her dog frequently, this piqued my interest.
Polar Pups non-dairy non-ice cream frozen treat for Fido. Polar Pups is a frozen treat mix for dogs. Little plastic cups containing soy milk powder and a powder flavoring. You add water, shake, freeze, and wha-la: Wait a bit and Fido has a frozen treat for those doggone hot days of summer and year round.
As my ever-faithful taste tester, I wondered if Dexter would like such a confection. He does love doggy ice cream and he is a fan of ice cubes, so this might be test-able.
I made these before bed last night and gave one to Dexter this afternoon. They looked good, smelled yummy (peanut butter mmm) and I even tasted it. Delish! It is served frozen and I put it on the floor, at which point he licked the cup bone dry.
Some FAQ’s you might have about Polar Pups can be answered here as well as where to find them, pricing, and how to order if desired. The secret ingredient is the soy milk powder, so be sure your Fido is amenable and allowed to eat soy. FAQs about Polar Pups
We love that these need not be frozen until ready to eat, their transportability, the yummy flavor varieties (such as Barkin Apple, Beggin Banana, Berry Bite, and Puppy Nutter). Also the non-dairy aspect means no upset tummies for Fido. Cool treats for hot dogs indeed!
