Mark your calendars and join FIDO as we watch the latest episode of - ‘Who Let the Dogs Out’- Hallmark Channel Original Series Premiere -Friday, March 1 (1 p.m. ET/PT, 12C)
This Friday on “Who Let The Dogs Out,” the gang heads to the K-9 Unit at the City of Oxnard Police Department to learn how each dog is trained to aid the police force. After visiting their friends at the police department, they make their way to Hidden Valley Lake, California to meet Paula Slater, the artist and sculptor who has been commissioned to create the first ever U.S. Military Working Dog Teams National Monument that will pay tribute to military working dogs who have fought in combat. Once the monument was finished, Natural Balance executives decided that they too wanted to pay tribute and honor the U.S. military working dogs by creating a replica of the monument and featuring it on the Canine’s With Courage Float during the 124th Annual Rose Parade in January 2013.
On the second episode of this Friday’s “Who Let The Dogs Out,” Tillman and the gang hold auditions to find two more dogs to ride the World’s Heaviest Single Chassis Parade float used in 2012 in the 123rd Rose Parade. Once the winners are announced, surf’s up for Tillman and the two winners when they head to “Dog Beach” in Del Mar, California and meet disabled surfer Patrick Ivison, a surfing legend on the California beaches, and his companion and service dog, Ricochet. The gangs’ last stop is back in Pasadena to check on the “Surf’s Up!” Rose Parade Float and arrive to good news when the President of Natural Balance, Joey Herrick, announces that the float won the Extraordinaire Trophy for most spectacular float in the parade. Tillman and the gang are joined on the float by NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and Jimmy and Dick Van Patten who all enjoy watching Tillman surf at the Rose Parade in front of his adoring fans.
