Ski vacations often meant leaving Fido behind at a boarding facility or with a pet sitter, friends or relatives. Fast-forward to today and more options are available than ever before where Fido can tag along, just like any other family member.
Located at the base of Canyons Resort, Utah’s largest ski and snowboard resort, the Forbes Four-Star Waldorf Astoria Park City caters to the ski hound in all of us by welcoming Fido with use of dog beds, bowls, and on a recent visit, our dogs names were lovingly carved in to fresh baked dog cookies delivered by friendly staff.
It gets better. Simply walk out of the hotel to enjoy miles of hiking and walking trails and in the winter, the golf course turns in to cross-country ski trails. Gondolas are a stroll away to take up the mountain and the kitchen at Powder will create a delicious boxed lunch for your excursion.
