Riding on the wave of Marmaduke fans and the arrival of my first Great Dane puppy in 2010, I was inspired to create a monthly event where people can meet with Great Danes.
Hopefully this will give people an opportunity to see what Great Danes are like in person as well as give other Dane owners a chance to play and share stories about their “Gentle Giants’. Who knows, you may just fall in love with these regal yet goofy creatures!
Ever wondered what Marmaduke, Scooby Doo and other Great Danes would be like in person? Now you can find out at 10AM on the Second Sunday of every month (weather permitting).
*Learn what it’s like to have a Great Dane.
*How big are Great Danes really?
*What are they like in person? Are they true gentle giants?
*How much do they eat?
*What are the 6 standard coat colors?
*What are they like as puppies?
*Are they similar to Marmaduke and Scooby Doo?

Come to RuffHouse Dog Park in Richmond, VA on the Second Sunday of the month 10AM to meet with Great Danes. Do you have a Dane? Come play with us! Have you always wanted to know more about them? Come check us out. We invite all regional Great Dane rescues to bring information on available dogs.
