First aid isn’t anything to mess around with. In an emergency, sometimes seconds count. The mind races, you want immediate access to the necessary supplies to: stop the bleeding, cover the wound, stop the pain, clear an airway, etc. Fido can’t tell us where it hurts or how to make it stop.
