FIDO wanted to share this AWESOME video and introduce you to rescue dog Netop - a FIDO who paints!
He has been raising money for pet causes and rescue groups since he was 3 years old by painting. He raised enough money to equip all fire and EMS trucks in 2 NC County's with pet oxygen masks.
