FIDO Cares

It takes a special type of person to donate their time and effort, all in support of a great cause. When you gather a group of these good-willed humans, you thus have an entire organization dedicated to speaking out in defense of the innocent, defending the weak, and inspiring the hearts of those who can inspire and affect positive change. No matter what the challenge, if we all work towards a greater good, perhaps one day, there will never again be a need for shelters, no animal will experience abuse or hunger, and no animal will ever go without a loving home.

“Life has no smooth road for any of us; and in the bracing atmosphere of a high aim the very roughness stimulates the climber to steadier steps, till the legend, over steep ways to the stars, fulfills itself.”

~W.C. Doane

I found two things I’m passionate about (my love for dogs and running) and created fundraisers around them. If 2 dogs could walk over 2,000 miles surely it was possible! And that’s how the 2 Million Dogs Foundation was born and the legacy that started out with just a man who lost his beloved dog continues… Visit 2 Million Dogs.
